"no JAP cars" are you nuts!!! i have nothing against European cars as i drive a 2002 bmw m3. however jap cars existance is what started the trend of "popularity street racing" among teens, which universal studios recognized as an oppurtunity to make a film. furthermore, JAP cars are hot, evo's, skyline, s2000, wrx, and etc. to not have any JAP cars in fast and furious 3 will be a blow. i can almost guarantee that ratings for that movie will not be high and gross of sale will be low.
