Vin Diesel In, Paul Walker Out?

February 5, 2004 — According to Dark Horizons, Vin Diesel might return for The Fast and the Furious 3. Paul Walker might not:

"Vin Diesel's deal is 99.9 closed. They're keeping this under wraps while they develop the story because he did have a deal for the second pic that he opted out of. Because of his box office as of late (and the growing fear that "Riddick" may not be the blockbuster that the studio is hoping for) this is a no brainer as he's desperate for the stability a franchise offers. Paul Walker's character as of the early treatments is not involved in anything more than a cameo".

It is unclear whether Tyrese, who co-starred in the second film, will return.

i do so hope that paul walker will be in the fast and the furious sequil as it just wnt be the same without him! he's the main character in it so he better be in it! he plays a great role as officer Brian O'connor and there are great twist with how people will find out he's a cop! i absolutley love the fast and the furious and 2 fast 2 furious and i cant imagine what it will be like without him in the 3rd one!!! please pleas please please please put him in the film!!!! not to mention paul walker is a great actor and gorgeous!!!

both vin diesel and paul walker need to be in the third installment of the fast and the furious as they made the first movie. the one down side to the second film was that vin diesel wasnt there, paul walker did a great job. This is the main reason part 1 i better than part 2. the story of the second installment was much more enjoyable. The third film should use some of the ideas from the second movie like pauls character opening a garage, with more visuals on cars being modified, using more exotic cars but is maintaining the use of the classics like the charger, but dont change from using a great car like the skyline R34 to the evo or spyder.

nO! if paul walker isnt in the third movie, it will ruin everything! He is the main character. i hope whoever helps make the third movie reads this, because this movie will not get near as much publicity, and not near as many people will want to see it. It would be cool if vin deisel is in it, but it will ruin the whole story line if paul walker isnt. the first and second movies were really big because of paul walker. whoever makes this movie will be disapointed to see that the movie isnt going to bring a lot of people in. im not even sure if i want to see it. This movie will suck hard if paul walker isnt in it.
