I've been following CD since many, many years, but have never signed up until today. This message boards have been my main source on latest scoops since forever, and now I thought I can give all of you something back for years and years of good info.
I'm a film critic from Chile (that's Southamerica, yeah.) for CanalFreak.cl, a local web site. I saw the finished film yesterday at a private screening and can answer all your questions if you wish me to.
I'm not a troll or anything like it. And, just in case, I didn't watch the unfinished copy of the film that is floating around, so I can't compare.
And of course, expect heavy spoilers.
Dime entonces cual es el final que nos van a dar en el cine? Hay algo despues de los creditos? Si lo hay, que? |

A couple of days back (or was it only yesterday? Can't keep track at the moment) Aint it Cool News ran a report suggesting the illegal workprint of "X-Men Origins : Wolverine" that is online is - depsite what Fox chief Tom Rothman said shortly after the leak - exactly the same as the version of the film releasing in theaters next week.
Alex Billngton from First Showing dropped us a line to let us know that's not exactly the case.
"Wolverine" director Gavin Hood screened the film for media this morning and according to Billington mentioned that ''They've hidden multiple secret endings on different prints and theaters will be showing different versions.' (For the record, the ending Billington saw featured Ryan Reynolds' character, Deadpool).
''As for the other differences between the leaked version and the final cut, Hood explained that there were 400 unfinished visual effects shots and that there was no score, unfinished sound mixing, and unfinished coloring. However, he didn't mention anything about differences in footage.''
I've heard the same. And I don't think it makes any difference whether there's new scenes or not - it's as simple as this : Who wants to see a special-effects driven film without, er, special effects? Sounds like a **** waste of time! So unless you want to see Wolverine battling a tennis-ball-on-a-stick I'd really suggest you check the film out at your local theater. Whatever you end up thinking of the movie, it's still going to be a much better movie experience on the big screen.
Well, the leaked version was further along than I thought it would be. Doesn't matter though, they **** Wolverine's story up so bad, the finished FX don't mean ****.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TURD.
You have been warned. |
