Brokeback Mountain “oh so disappointed” — vintagefilmlover [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... I was very eager to see this movie so I was very disappointed when I left the theater. Keep in mind the Friday before I had been to a gay strip/drag queen club. I have no issues with the gay community whatsoever. The part I found disappointing was the story. As much as I loved Heath Ledger's performance I was not convinced of their love. I feel Ang Lee did a wonderful job with what he had, but it had no heart. I'm sorry if this review angers anyone but I was expecting sooooooooooooooo much more!!
