| How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... |
|
After having seen "Brokeback Mountain" for the second time, I can honestly say it is the most moving film I have ever seen. It is impeccably done -- screen play, cinematography, acting, and score. The characters are real; the story is personal. I will see this again and will most definitely buy the DVD.
If you want to see an elegantly developing movie filmed in devastatingly beautiful locations with a strong plot and gut-wrenching, authentic performances all around, this is the film for you. It is impeccably done: screen play, cinematography, acting, and score. The characters are real; the story is personal. This is most definitely not a gay cowboy film. It is not even about being gay. It is about love, relationships, fear, expectations, heroes, victims, and all the emotions involved in living and being.
