I know there's going to be a remake of both Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street but why can't they still go ahead with Freddy Vs. Jason 2? I'd still like to see this happen, you?

Makes sense to follow these two remakes up with one, maybe even throw Michael or Pinhead in to mix things up.

No!!! No FvJ2, the first one was a cr7"7p and no introduction to Myers, neither Pinhead. Lets leave Myers in the Halloween universe and Pinhead in the Hellraiser one. Freddy was a clown in FvJ, and Jason himself was a p77ssy. The 2nd worst horror movie I have ever seen, just below Jason X.

Lets leave Friday series in the remake and thats it. No more FvJ!

There doesn't need to be another horror icon involved, they could just pick up right where they left off and at the end there is a winner. I think Jason would. I'd bring back Kane Hodder as The New Blood Jason.

It wouldn't make sense to do a sequel to Freddy vs Jason at this point with there being remakes to each of them. That would mean going back to the continuity of the first six Elm Street and first nine Fridays. As far as I'm concerned, those storylines were concluded as soon as they announced the remakes, so you can thank good old stagnant Hollywood for ruining this opportunity.

i think fvj 2 is dead as far as doing it with the old storylines of old movies

but i think if the remakes do well which i think the new friday will

then we will see a remake of fvj kind of
