Whats your fav one out of the trilogy?

Mine would either be 2 or 3 which is wierd cos usually tha first is tha best n then tha rest fall off!

Number one was on tha TV last night so i watched it n hadent seen it in a while n after a while i realised how there is no energy at all in the movie there not just up to tha same level as 2 and 3

Whats your fav one ?

OH DEAR!!!
final destination 1 is by far the best and I will tell you why to some extent.
The first one was dark, it wasn't made for the sole purpose of a Hollywood movie with loads of gruesome deaths like the sequels. It had the best main character and the subplot of escaping the law. The plane premonition was wicked unlike the rollercoaster crap. The 3rd one didn't make sense with the photos idea which is a story for another time.
The 2nd one was good but what lowers it for me is the fact that because New Line had an argument with the actor for Alex in the first one they killed him off. Not just that they killed him off by
getting hit by a brick
That is just awful. And they over complicated everything with the pointless 'ripple in deaths design' poo. The 3rd one was what i expected. A shameless Hollywood movie featuring gruesome death scenes but had no thought at all. for instance SPOILERS
if that mckinley goth guy was meant to kill the girl... why did death try and kill him before? that photo crap doesn't make sense.

the first one was great because it started the whole system, it was dark, the premise was great, fantastic death scenes but not overdone and a great main character.

thats my two cents

I agree with you on that tha first one started a great plot off but to me it was real dull n slow moving however i think that this has one of tha best scripts out of all three for instence tha sub-plot

well then throw your 2 cents in the river because the 3rd was the best one, yes the 1st started it but only had 2.5 good death scenes
.5, the girl getting hit by the bus(unexpecting, but in reality there woulda been more gore than just tha amount that is = to tha amount of blood in my pinky)
1, The teacher with the computer and explosion
2, Billy's head sliced off

And dont say the picture idea was stupid, because i thought it was a really great idea

Best of 2009:

1. Transformers 2 - 10/10
2. The Hangover - 10/10
3. The Blind Side - 9.5/10
4.2012 - 9.5/10
5. Paranormal Activity - 9.5/10
6. Fast and Furious - 8.5/10
7. Friday the 13th - 8/10
8. Monsters vs Aliens - 8/10
9. Wolverine - 8/10
10. Terminator 4 - 8/10

I dont want to argue with you because you have a Marvel display picture.
BUT
the films are not all about the death scenes at least not to me- the characters, script and story matter in these films even though they are just horror. the first one had less death scenes but thats because thats the only reason the sequels were produced-to have more and revolutionary death scenes.

and the photo idea was sooooooo flawed.
the signs in reflections etc in the first two films were so much better.

an example of a flaw- all the survivors had their death scenes in their individual photos eg stereotyped jock being hit by weights with the swords and bear pictured

deaths original plan was for them all to die on the coaster therefore there would be no individual deaths to be hinted at. he (i refer to death) only changed his plans when they got off the coaster.
ANOTHER FLAW
the goth intelligent guy was supposed to die by those sharp wood things. however he was supposed to kill control freak heroine lady afterward. why would death try to kill the guy if he was supposed to kill control lady from the very beginning.
its a good idea in concept but they didnt think it through properly.
I'm not saying I'm definately right, im open to correction.

I think that when Wendy dived to save him, it was meant to kill both of them, which means Ian technically woud have killed her. If u get what i mean...

nah thats a good idea but it cant be right because she was last on deaths list after the sister, sisters frend and her frend so she wouldnt have been meant to die then

Me, The second one wasn't that great. The 3rd one didn't give you enough time to know the characters besides 3
plus it was too short. The deaths happened to quick.
