I got a little nervouse when the film got pushed back, I thought something might have been wrong with it. Well it's not so bad, Dark Horizons reports that the supernatural thriller remake of the Japanese film Dark Water now opens January 7th, 2005. Walter Salle's and Touchstone Pictures' remake stars Jennifer Connelly, Shelley DuVall, Ariel Gade, Tim Roth, John C. Reilly, Camryn Manheim, Pete Postlethwaite, Dougray Scott and Perla Haney-Jardine. The story revolves around a mother and daughter who escape an ugly custody battle with the girl's father by retreating to a dilapidated apartment building. Instead of finding solace, though, they are haunted by the ghost of a young girl whose family used to live there.

by the way, I'm retarded.
