December 17, 2003 — Liam Neeson (Star Wars: Episode I) is in talks to join the cast of Ridley Scott's Kingdom of Heaven. The epic love story already stars Orlando Bloom (The Lord of the Rings trilogy). Neeson would play the father of Bloom's character.
The script was written by William Monahan with production set to begin in Morocco in January.
