maybe we'll get some info on him in a 3rd movie.... i wonder if he, marcus, and william were all triplets? that would be a great excuse for Tony Curran to come back.
The third brother was a human... He wasn't an immortal like Alexander, Markus or William. He just got the recesive gene of the virus. Hence why they in the first one sought out Michael, because they new to get the untainted virus they had to search Alexander's descendents from the straight human side because William and Markus were both tainted.
Oh and I have another question about the father....
[SPOILER] If he was immortal, haow did he die? was it the sword that was special or something? Or because he let his blood drain out of his body? [/SPOILER]

And regarding Alexander:
