Here's the end of it I changed a couple of things in the script and put some new scenes in so I'll just post the entire thing.
It took me from last summer to now so enjoy.
THE MATRIX: The final fight

You see a man in black with sunglasses on much like Neo's. The man is running and has a cell phone to his ear.

Cut to: The back of the man you see a bunch of men with guns following him.

Cut back to:
The man running.
Man: ZERO! I've got a crap load of sentiums on my tail!
The man quickly pulls his gun out and shoots at a safe in front of him blowing the lock off.
The man grabs a disk out of the safe and then turns back around and shoots oe of the sentiums.
Zero/Operator:Max! Have you got the disk!
(GUNSHOTS)

Cut to: Ships computers.
Zero:MAX! Have you got the disk!

Cut to: Max laying on the ground dead.
One of the sentiums reaches down and grabs the disk then turns to one of the other sentiums by him and smiles.

Cut back to: Ships computers.
Zero takes his head phones off and slams them on the table.
Zero: We haf to go back in!
Zero looks at a man standing at the back of him.
Man: We can't risk more lives!
Zero: We can't risk that disc either!
The picture zooms out to show a man with Brown hair and a raggedy red shirt and black pants on.
Man: I'll go.
Zoom in on the mans face.

Cut to: Uploading chair/ main computer deck
The man from before is laying down in the chair with Zero standing on the side of him.
Zero: Are you ready Drix?
Drix: As ready as I can be.
There's a brief silence... Drix looks up at Zero
Drix: If anything happens to me or even if I get captured... Don't send anyone else
Zero looks at Drix as if he's crazy.
Drix: I'm serious there's been enough deaths I don't want to add anymore to the list.
Zero turns around and puts in the plug, then jumps into the computer seat and starts typing, and uploading various programs.

Cut to: uploading program
You see the back of black boots in the picture, as the picture goes up you start to see a man in a black trencoat wearijng sunglasses
and then you realise its Drix. (The room is white)
Zoom in on Drix's face.
You hear a phone ringing...
Drix takes a cell phone out of his pocket and then answers.
Drix: I'm in.

Cut back to: Main computer
You see Zero sitting in the computer chair looking at the computer screen hard.
Zero:... O.k, lets just hope this works.

Cut back to: uploading program
Drix: Do you got a location yet?
Zero/voiceover: Yes, it's at the corner of South and Main in a half finished building, They're on the twenty-second floor room 120
Zero: There's over 20 Sentiums guarding the place 3 of them are in room 120 trying to upload the information from the disk so hurry, and be careful
Drix: Got it.
Drix shuts off the cellphone and puts it back in his pocket.
The picture turns around to show Drix in the building that Zero gave the location of.
Drix pulls out a black hand gun and then cocks it back, after wards he starts walking towards a door.

Cut to: Black room with the 3 Sentiums in it.
One of the Sentiums looks at the other...
Sentium: There's another on its way

Cut to: Hallway with a red door.
You see The red door open and Drix come out of it, walking really slowly Until... You see some dust fall rom the ceiling.
Drix looks up and then looks back down with alert showing in his eyes.
A dagger darts across the screen almost hitting Drix in the face.
Drix looks at the dagger as it makes a loud thump as soon as it digs into the wall.
He turns his head back around only to see a sentium with a sword in each hand running straight for him.
The Sentium swings the sword in his right hand at Drix but Drix quickly bends down and dodges it and then once he sees an open spot
in the Sentiums stomach he punches it two times knocking the Sentium back after the Sentium has bounced back you see another
Sentium (with a gun this time) bust through the door that Drix came out of, After Drix see's it you hear him mutter under his breath...
Drix: Oh great!
The picture goes into slow-motion as Drix shoots the Sentium that was already there in the head and then does a handstand type backflip and
then kicks the Sentium in the chin making him fly back.
Once Drix has landed back on his feet He back punches the Sentium in the face and then in return the Sentium punches him back and then kicks him in
the leg making him fall to the ground. The Sentium takes advantage of the situation and trys to kick Drix in the ribs ,but Drix catches the leg
and drags the Sentium down to the ground and then elbows him in the stomach. Afterwards you see the Sentium fire his gun at Drix but misses, Drix kicks
the gun out of his hand and then takes his gun out and shoots him.

Cut back to: Ships main computers
You see Zero staring intensly at the computer screen.

Cut to: Elevator
You see Drix in an elevator reloading his gun... The elevator doors open and as soon as he gets out you see him shoot two Sentiums
that are running at him. After the two Sentiums drop down to the floor dead Drix continues to walk.
You see him get to a room that has the sign 120 on the door. As soon as Drix puts his hand on the doornob you see an agent come
out the door of another room.
Drix: Crap!
Drix looks towards the elevator and then the agent not sure if he should run and endanger the Sentiums uploading the information on the disk
or challenge the agent and try to fight him.
The agent smiles.

Cut back to: Ships main computers
You see Zero looking at the computer screen astonished.

Cut back to: Hallway
The Agent immediately pulls out a gun from the inside of his suit and starts shooting at Drix.
Closeup on Drix.
The picture goes back into slow-motion as Drix starts dodging all of the bullets. Drix astonishingly dodges all of the bullets.
The agent looks back at him amazed,then looks at his gun and throws it on the floor once he realizes that its empty.
The agent then runs towards Drix and then starts trying to punch him. Drix blocks the first two but then misses the third and gets punched in the ribs which throws him off causing him
to get punched in the face. After wards Drix goes for a punch but misses and causes him to get punched a third time, this time
in the stomach making him fly back onto the floor. Once he's landed on the floor you spot a little bit of blood on the side of his mouth.
Drix quickly pulls out his gun and starts shooting at the agent until his gun has emptied... the agent dodges every single bullet.
Drix gets up as fast as he can and then takes a punch at the agent but the agent dodges it and then goes for a punch
at Drix but drix barely catches it with his left arm and then punches the agent across the face making his glasses fly off.
there's a slight pause as the agent looks back at Drix in disgust,and then punches him in the chest making him stumble back.
Drix stands there holding his chest in pain for a little bit but then goes running back at the agent.
Drix's head collides into the agents stomach making them both fall back towards the elevator which is now making its way to the bottom of
the building. The agent quickly kicks him off of himself causing Drix to barrel into the wall.
Closeup on Drix as he spits out blood from his mouth... The picture goes back out to show both the agent and Drix.
The agent gets up very quickly and then takes Drix and throws him into the wall opposite of the elevator.

Cut to: The Nebuchanezzar's main computers
You see Trinity sitting in the operators chair.
Ring! Ring!
Trinity picks up a near by headset and presses a red button.
You hear Zero's voice on the other line.
Zero: Trinity! Turn the computer to line four!
Trinity types some things on the keyboard of the main computer.
She stares at the encoding in astonishment.
Trinity: Oh my god!
Zero: He's not going to be able to get that disc if he doesn't have any help! He told me not to send anybody else in but
because he didn't want anybody else to die, but I think with Neo he'd make an exception.
Trinity: What disc!
Zero: I'll tell you later just send in some help, and hurry the Sentiums have almost got the disc fully uploaded.
Trinity: Alright, he's on his way!

Cut back to: Hallway
Drix sees the agent standing in front of him and starts thinking that now is his chance.
Drix quickly starts punching at the agent as hard as he can, trying to draw him back...
Drix finally draws the agent back enough to deliver a final punch, the impact of the punch is so hard
that it makes him fly back through the elevator doors and then bust through causing him to fall all
the way down the elevator shaft.
Closeup on Drix.
Drix looks relieved to have seen the agent dead. Drix starts to turn around walking back towards room 120
Ding!
Drix turns back around towards the elevator shaft in shock.
You see the agent from before come out of the elevator and pull his gun out of hsi side pocket and then
start shooting.
Drix manages to dodge two shots but is now starting to get tired, a bullet hits Drix in the leg and
one knicks his face... the agent's finally out of bullets. Drix looks at his leg and then back at the agent
then you see him look at the end of the hallway.
The picture turns around to show the familiar figure of Neo standing at the end of the hallway.
Closeup on the agents face as he turns around to look at Neo, then looks back at Drix and see's that a gun is aimed
at his forehead, Drix shoots and the agent falls to the ground.
The picture turns to a closeup on Neo as he smiles.
The picture turns back to Drix as he opens the door leading to room 120.
As soon as Drix opens the door a Sentium kicks him directly in the chest making Drix fly back into the wall.
Four Sentiums pour out of the room.
Neo starts running towards Drix to help but as he's running a Sentium busts out of a room nearby
and punches Neo in the face. Neo stumbles back and then punches the Sentium and then tries to kick him but the Sentium blocks it
as three more Sentiums come behind Neo. One of the Sentiums kicks him in the back. Neo
turns around and punches him in the face, kicks one of the other Sentiums and then blocks one of the others punches.
The picture turns back to Drix trying to block all four of the Sentiums hits but not succeeding.
One of the Sentiums punches him and makes a cut on his forehead. Drix looks back at where Neo was and
sees nothing but a couple of Sentiums laying on the ground,dead.
Neo busts out of a close by door surprising all of the Sentiums. Neo grabs two o the Sentiums and pulls them off of Drix and then slams
them on the ground, then kicks one of the other two in the stomach making him fall to the ground, and then punches the other one.
As they all start to get back up you see Drix jump over two his gun and shoot all of the Sentiums.
Drix looks back at Neo as he pulls out a disk from one of his pockets.

Zero: They got it!

Cut to: Chairs back heading.
Zero pulls the plug out from Drix's head.
Drix hands the disc to Zero.

Zero puts the disc into the computer just as the phone/headphones rings/ring.
Zero puts the headphones on.
Zero: Operator...

Link is sitting at the main computers with Trinity and Neo standing by. Link also has headphones on.
Link: Alright, we helped you get it, the least you could do is tell us what's on it.

Zero: It's what will give Zion a chance... It's a program coding that will turn half of the Sentinels off
that are digging into Zion. All we half to do now is get it to Zion so they can upload it. We're headed
there right now.

Zero takes off his headphones and looks back to see Drix leaning against a wall.
Drix: I have a bad feeling about this, I mean the machines know that we have the disc don't you think
that they'll try to attack the ship?
Zero: Trust me, You don't haf to worry about it.
Drix: I hope your right.
There's a brief silence.
Zero walks off.
Drix: Have you alerted Zion about us coming!
Zero: Yeah.

Cut to: Nebuchadnezzard's living quarters.
Neo and Trinity sitting at a metal table across from eachother.
Neo looks over at Trinity solemenly.
Neo: When I was looking at that disc in the Matrix... There was something weird about it.
Trinity: What?

Neo: I don't know for sure, the coding was all screwed up on it.

Cut to: Tunnels of the Real
The Chrysalis is speeding through the Tunnels of the real making many sharp turns.

Zero is typing on the ships main computers...
Drix: Zero!!!
Zero runs out of the main computers room.

Cut to: Halls of the ship
The camera follows Zero as he runs through the halls of the ship towards the cockpit of the ship.

Cut to: Cockpit
Drix looks back at Zero with fear in his eyes.
Drix: Sentinels coming straight for us! I need you to use the ships guns!
Zero: I barely know how!
Drix: Well, you better learn quick!
Zero runs off to the back of the ship.
Drix turns back around and pulls a lever back on the control panel.

Cut to: Outside of the ship/ tunnels of the real.
A bunch of Sentinels are speeding towards the Chrysalis.

Cut to: Ships gun room
Zero runs inside the ships gun room passing two other chairs and turrets leading to
the outside of the ship.
Zero presses a green button to his left and a screen showing the Sentinels outside
of the ship as red dots comes on.
Zero: Which one turns the turret on?!?
Zero presses a dark red button to his left.

Cut to: Back of the ship
A turret sticking out of the back of the ship starts to glow a bright orange as it spins around
really fast.

Zero: Got it!
Zero wraps each of his hands around one of the ships turret/gun handles and starts firing away
at the Sentinels behind the ship.

Four of the Sentinels behind them blow up after getting hit by the ships turrets.

Drix dives the ship down into a hole along their path as Sweat drips from his forehead.

Cut back to: Ships gun room
Zero continues to blast away at the Sentinels as his chair moves in the direction that
he's firing.

Cut back to: Outside of the ship/ tunnels of the real
As the ship continues to dive down deeper into the hole the sentinels seem to slowly fall
back and keep continuing to do so, until they can't be seen anymore.

Cut back to: Ships gun room
Zero looks at the screen now showing no Sentinels in the area.
Zero: What the?
Zero gets up and runs out of the room.

Cut back to: Cockpit
Drix eases up on the ships steering and pulls the lever form before
forward.
Zero runs into the room.
Zero: What happened ?!?
Drix flips three switches hanging off of the top of the ceiling
of the cockpit, then looks back at Drix intensly
Drix:I don't know but I've never seen sentinels ever just back off of a ship
like that.
Drix turns back around.
Drix: We better be careful.
There's a long silence.
Drix: There she is.

Zion's gates can be seen at the end of the tunnel as the ship gets
closer and closer to it.

Drix: Zion.

The Chrysalis is about to pass through a crossing inbetween two tunnels

The ship begins to shake more and more as it gets closer and
closer to the crossing.
Zero: What's going on!
Drix: I don't know!

Cut back to: Outside of ship/ tunnels of the real
A humongous swarm of Sentinels passes through the crossing.

Cut back to: Cockpit
Zero: Oh my god!
Drix: Hold onto something! ... We're gonna haf to go through!
Zero quickly sits down in a seat to his right and holds onto a metal bar
on the wall.

Cut back to: Outside of ship/ tunnels of the real
The ship plows through the Sentinels making many explode
as millions of sparks fly into the air.

Cut back to: Cockpit
The front window of the cockpit shatters as they pummel into
more and more sentinels and flies into the cockpit hitting Zero
and Drix in the face making several cuts.

Cut to: Other side of swarm in tunnels of the real
The ship comes out of the swarm on the other side with sentinels clinging to it and
the entire backside of of the ship torn up and on fire.

Cut to: Side of ship
Closeup on Sentinels.
The sentinels start trying to pry pieces of the ship off with their claws.

Cut back to: Outside of ship/tunnels of the real (Mainview)
The ship plummets to the ground. When it hits the ground it rolls
almost a quarter of a mile, landing on its side causing most of the Sentinels to be crushed.

Cut back to: damaged cockpit
The cockpit is now turned sideways and Drix and Zero are laying
at the bottom. Drix and Zero have a bunch of cuts all over themselves.
Drix slowly pushes himself up off of the bottom/wall of the cockpit.
Once he gets up he turns over to Zero.
Drix: Zero?
Zero slowly opens his eyes and looks up at Drix and smiles.
Zero: We made it.
Drix smiles back.
Drix: Yah, we did.
Drix's smile fades as he see's that Zero keeps drifting in and
out of conscioussness.
Drix: Zero, You haf to hold on longer. I haf to get you to Zion.
Zero: I can't.
Drix: No,...
Zero cuts him off.
Zero: All that matters right now is the disc. Get it to Zion.
Zero slowly fades away.
Drix: Zero? Zero!
Drix frowns as a tear drips down his cheek.

Cut to: Ships damaged main computers
Drix slowly walks towards the main computers, now lying on the ground.
Closeup on ground.
Drix bends down, picks up the disc and then gets up and walks to the back
of the ship.

Cut to: Outside of the back of the ship
Drix walks out of a hole in the back of the ship looking
into the air for sentinels. Drix see's only two, that are looking away from the ship.
Afterwards Drix looks to the side of the ship at the gates of Zion... Then he jump
out from the side of the ship and makes a run for it he runs all the way to the end of
the ship and then as he continues to run he kicks a piece of metal that was
torn off of the ship making a loud clanging sound.

Cut to: Two sentinels in the air.
The Sentinels turn around quickly looking back towards the ship.

Cut back to: Ground
Drix quickly jumps behind a large piece of piping.

Cut back to: Two sentinels in the air
The sentinels go slowly to the ground and hover over it
and search for where the sound came from.
One of the Sentinels goes over by the piece of piping and starts to go right over it.

Cut back to: Ground
Drix turns around and faces the piping. He looks through a really small
hole and see's the Sentinel coming towards the piece of piping. He
turns back around and looks towards the gates of Zion. ... Then bolts out
running as fast as he can towards Zion.

Cut back to: Sentinels hovering above ground
Both of the sentinels look down at Drix and then immediately chase after him.

-------------------------
Cut back to: Ground
Drix looks behind him at the sentinels coming after him, Then he looks
back towards the gates of Zion and see's two APU units standing at the
gate.
Drix: HELP! HELP!

Cut to: APU unit
A bald headed bold faced man in an APU unit turns to the other APU standing at
the door and then looks back into the distance and see's Drix running for them.

Cut back to: Ground
Drix continues to run towards The gates of Zion. Drix looks back once more
at the Sentinels and see's that they're almost to him.
Drix: HELP! SENTINELS!
-------------------------

Cut back to: APU unit
The man in the APU unit looks over to the other again.
man in APU: Sentinels!
The APU units both quickly load their guns and start shooting into the tunnels
at the Sentinels.

Cut back to: Ground
Drix jumps down to the ground trying to avoid being shot. He looks
back one more time and see's the sentinels being hit by the bullets and
falling to the ground. Afterwards he gets up and runs straight for the gates of Zion.

Cut to: Gates of Zion
The APU units lower their guns as Drix gets to the gates to Zion.
Drix: You haf to let me in!
Man in APU: We can't let anybody through without access codes.
Drix hold the disc out so they can see it.
Drix: I've got the disc!
The men in the APU units look at eachother. Afterwards they back up
and the gates open .
Drix grimly smiles and then runs in.

Cut to: Commander Lock's office
Commander lock skims through some papers on his desk.
The door to his office opens up making a creaking sound. A blond haired man walks into the room.
Man: Commander Lock, Drix is here with the disc.
Lock: What about Zero?
The man shakes his head sadly. Lock gets out of his chair and walks out of the room with the man.

Cut to: Computers room in Zion
Drix is leaning against one of the computers with the disc in his hand.
Lock walks into the room along with a few more people behind him. afterwards he looks at
Drix with sympathy in his eyes.
Lock: I'm sorry about Zero.
Drix: So am I.
Lock: He was one of the best operaters we've had in a while... I've radioed the Nebuchadnezzard
to come and get you.
The man from before whispers into Locks ear.
Man: Sir, we can't waist time we need to hurry.
Lock walks up to Drix.
Drix: Lets just finish this.
Closeup on the disc.
Drix puts it into the computer.
The operator sitting in the chair starts typing.
Closeup on computer screen.
Many numbers in black come across the screen rapidly as the operator continues to type.
After a few seconds the numbers stop and the screen goes black. A message quickly pops
up that says
COMPUTER ERROR... ABORTING... SHUTTING SYSTEM DOWN.
Drix: What the?
The power shuts off blanketing Zion and the computer room in total darkness.
Lock: Nobody panic. Just stay calm.
After a few more seconds of darkness a light cuts through the darkness as Lock turns a flashlight
on. Lock looks over at Drix.
Lock: What happened!
Drix: I don't know! The disc must have been a fake! The Machines had to have gotten
to it before us!
Lock points to the people that were behind him before.
Lock: I want you guys to go try to see if you can get the power back on and the genoraters working
again. It'll be freezing within a few hours if you don't.
Lock looks back over at Drix.
Lock: I'll escort you to the landing pad.

Cut to: Cockpit of the Nebuchadnezzard
The entire crew of the neb is in the cockpit looking out the window as they come closer and closer to
the landing pad. There are a few flashlights shining up through the darkness signaling for where the neb
needs to land.
Link: What happened here?

-------------------------
-------------------------

Cut to: Landing pad walkway.
Lock and Drix are walking towards the dark landing pad with a flashlight in each of
their hands. Once the Neb lands a walkway comes down from it. All of the crew
walks out of the ship and then comes up to Drix and Lock.
Trinity: What happened?
Lock: The disc was a fake, my guess is that the machines designed it to trick us into
helping them. Lets just hope that thy don't decide to come early.
The man from before runs up behind Lock.
Man: Sir, We can't get the power back on or the genoraters working again. We've tried everything.
Drix: The machines didn't just design the disc to make the power go out for a bit. It was probably
designed to infect every one of Zion's computers. There must be a counter disc or something,
but how would we know it?
Closeup on Morpheus.
Morpheus: We could run a search of the entire matrix, but it takes up a lot of power and we
used much of ours up to get here. We thought that we would be able to recharge.

Link: We would have just enough power to run the search and jack into the matrix for about an hour
if we find that their is a counter disc, but we might not have enough to get back here.

Neo: It's worth a try. Atleast it would give Zion a chance.

Drix is sitting on a bed with a blue comforter holding his head in his hands.
Trinity walks in the room making a creaking sound. She walks over to Drix and sits down
by him.
Trinity: What's wrong.
Drix looks over at Trinity.
Drix: It's just that Zero and Max died getting that disc. It was my fault I kept insisting that
we take the mission. They died for no good reason!
Trinity: It wasn't your fault. How could you have known about the disc?
Drix: I don't know it's just that I can't help feeling responsible for everything that's happened.
Link's voice calls from down the hall.
Drix looks up.
Link: I found it!!!
They both race out of the room towards the main computers.

The Matrix code continues to run down the computer screens. The rest of the crew plus
Drix come running into the room.
Drix: Where is it!?!
Link looks back at them and then turns back to the computer screen.
Closeup on Neo.
Neo is staring at the screen in amazement.
Link: Neo, trust me you're not going to believe this but... it's in the MetaCortex building.
Neo: No, That can't be true I, ... I worked there, I would have know if they were running codes for the Matrix.
Link: Codes, Trust me they're doing a lot more than just running codes for the matrix, here check this out.
Link types in a few letters and a new more zoomed in Matrix encoding comes up.
Drix: It looks almost like an entire mainframe for the machines to get in and out of the matrix.
Trinity: But how would this help us get the disc? We won't be able to just waltz right in and grab it.

Link: Well, they've got a security system like you wouldn't believe.

Neo: Like what?
Link: Well, not one human that has been freed can step foot inside.
Closeup on Drix
Drix: Or what?
Closeup on Link
Link: I'm not quite sure yet but from what I've been able to decode it's just
like when you unplug someone that's still jacked into the Matrix.

Drix: Then how will we be able to get the disc!?!

Morpheus: I'm not sure, but we do have one advantage.

A red like starts flashing that's connected to headphones.
Link: We've got an incoming call.
Morpheus walks over and answers. As soon as he answers a picture comes up of Niobe on their computer screen.
Morpheus: Hello?
Niobe: It's me, I heard about the power outage in Zion and what you guys are trying to do. We're trying to make it to a broadcast
depth as well. We got a strange call from a man that said he was one of the oracles guards.
Morpheus: Seraph.
Niobe: I don't know, but we barely have any power either if we some how have any to spare to come back and help you guys out
we will.
Link: Well be careful, Almost half of the tunnels are flooded with sentinels.
Niobe: Goodluck.
Morpheus: I have a bad feeling that we're going to need it.

Neo is sitting at the table in the living quarters room sipping something in a mug.
Trinity walks in and sits down.
Trinity: What's wrong?

There's a brief pause.
Neo: I don't know how I'm going to do it. I can control the Matrix to do what I want, but only to a certain
degree.
Trinity reaches across the table to hold Neo's hand.

Morpheus comes in and stands by Link.

Morpheus: Have you found a broadcast depth yet?

Link: Yah, but it's not lookin' good. The closest broadcast depth to hear
will take atleast half of our power that's left to get there. It will only leave us about
twenty minutes to jack in and out so we can have atleast a slight chance of making it
back to Zion.
Closeup on Morpheus
Morpheus: We need more time.
Closeup on Link
Link: What if we cut off all of our power except for the engine to just get us to
the broadcast depth.
Closeup on Morpheus
Morpheus: At the most it would only allow us ten more minutes.

Link: It'll give us a shot.
Morpheus: Let's do it.
Link nods his head and starts to walk off into the next room.
Closeup on Morpheus
Morpheus: Alert the rest of the crew that we'll be jacking in, in precisely
one hour.

The neb is hovering above a part of the tunnels of the real getting ready

The entire crew of the Neb gets into an uploading chair and prepares to jack into the Matrix.

Link walks to drix's chair.
Link: Ready?
Drix nods his head.
Link quickly shoves the plug in and Drix closes his eyes.

Cut to: A room filled with Matrix encoding running down all over it
A bright green light in the shape of a man apears and then another and another, then
finally bright green light in the shape of a woman appears.
Soon after the whole place lights up in bright green Matrix encoding and then changes
into a regular room high into a building that has a window onlooking the Meta Cortex building.
Drix walks foward curiously looking out the window.
Closeup on window.
A paper bag floats down from the sky and then out of view.
Closeup on Neo also looking curiously at the window.
Closeup on the window again.
What looks like the same paper bag floats down in the same way as the last.
Closeup on Drix.
Drix looks back at everybody else.
Drix: There's no way they could have found us yet!
Trinity: We've got to get out of here now!
Neo runs up to the window and kicks it in shattering it. As the peices fall to the ground
far below you can hear the sound of many footsteps outside of the room.
Neo runs back and grabs Morpheus and Trinity in each of his arms. Drix grabs onto Morpheus
shortly after.
Neo: Hang on.
Neo, hanging onto everybody else, runs and jumps out of the window.

Neo fly's down to the ground directly in front of the Meta Cortex building and sets
everybody down.

Closeup on Morpheus looking at Neo.
Morpheus: You go up and try to disable the buildings defense systems.
We'll hold them off as long as we can.
Neo nods his head. Afterwards he spins as he fly's to about the middle
of the Meta Cortex building.
The picture goes back to the ground as you see Drix, Morpheus and Trinity loading
up two pistols each.

Cut to: Street and the intersections of all of the buildings.
Hundreds of men and women from S.W.A.T are marching towards the Meta Cortex
with atleast one M-16 each.
After all of the S.W.A.T get atleast half way to Drix, Morpheus and Trinity they all stop
and start turning one by one into an Agent.
Closeup on Trinity.
Trinity: Oh my God.
Drix, Morpheus and Trinity start to open fire on all of the Agents.
Closeup on Neo.
Neo is concentrating on trying to disable the building defense system. The building seems to
start to waver and it's foundation start to shake.
Closeup on all of the Agents.
All of the Agents dodge every single bullet that's fired at them.
Closeup on Drix, Morpheus and Trinity.
They all start to reload after they see that the agents dodged everything.
Closeup on the Agents again.
All of the Agents pull out a pistol and start firing.
Closeup on Neo.
Neo opens his eyes and quickly turns around just in time to use his powers to stop
the bullets from hitting Drix, Morpheus and Trinity. After a couple of seconds all of the bullets
fall to the ground .
The Agents glare at Neo and then put their pistols away and start to run towards
Drix, Morpheus, Trinity and Neo. Neo flys back down to the ground and immediately starts
to take out some of the agents.
Neo blocks every agents' punch left and right and continues to distract them as Drix,Morpheus
and Trinity shoot the agents. After every agent has fallen to the ground, dead Neo looks back up
into the sky. humongous rain drops start pouring down... Neo looks back towards the alley from
which all of the S.W.A.T men came out of and tilts his head in curiosity.
After a couple of seconds hundreds of Agent smiths start flowing out of the alley way.
Drix,Morpheus and trinity towards the alleyway in horror.
Drix: We're not going to make it.
Trinity looks over towards Drix and then back towards Neo.
Trinity: Neo, Just concentrate on the building we'll hold them off as long as we can.
Neo looks back.
Neo: No! There's no way you'll make it!
Trinity: Neo, We haf to do this to give Zion a chance!
(Gunshots)
The picture turns back to show all of the Agent Smith's firing at them. Afterwards the picture turns back around as
Neo once again stops the bullets in thin air. Neo turns back and then goes into the air as the bullets follow him. Then
he throws the bullets at the Agent Smiths with his powers, immediately killing the first string of them. None the less the agent Smiths
continue to run towards them. Neo quickly turns around and starts to concentrate on the building once more.
Closeup on Drix.
Drix is firing two Automatic Uzi's at full power as the picture goes into slow-motion and spins around to show a bullet come towards
him. After the camera has rotated once the picture zooms in to show the bullet go into his stomach. Afterwards the picture goes out
of slow-motion as Drix drops his guns and falls to the ground on his knee's.
Closeup on Trinity.
Trinity: Drix!
Trinity runs over to Drix but keeps firing. Drix pulls out a picture and continues to shoot at the Agent Smiths. Morpheus
also kneels down to give Drix cover fire.
Closeup on Neo.
As Neo concentrates the wall starts to waver even more than before.
The picture goes into Matrix code.
A layer of the buildings outside Matrix encoding explodes and flies out every where.
The picture goes out of Matrix encoding as their's a closeup on Neo flying back down to Trinity, Drix and Morpheus.
Neo sees that Drix is injured. He looks towards Trinity and Morpheus.
Neo: I disabled the buildings construct code you should be able to go in.
Trinity: What about Drix?
Neo: I'll protect him.
Trinity and Morpheus get up and run inside. Neo stands up and looks towards the Agent Smiths.

Cut to: Inside of the Meta Cortex building
Trinity and Morpheus are running at full speed up flights of stairs shooting at agents and sentiums chasing
them. They bust through a door at the top of the stairs and run down the hallway backwards shooting at the Agents
and sentiums behind them. After they run out of bullets they turn around just in time to get into an opening elevator
with a man inside of it. Morpheus throws the guy to the ground outside and then presses the button to go up a floor.
The elevator doors start to close just as the guy from the elevator gets up and turns into and Agent just as the doors
are almost closed the Agent jumps in and tackles Morpheus. They both fall to the ground and start fighting.
Trinity quickly reloads her pistol but just as she goes to shoot the Agent. He pops up and hits it out of her hand.
She quickly slugs him in the mouth knocking him back. Morpheus grabs the Agent as Trinity grabs the gun and shoots
him in the heart. The Agent falls to the ground and turns back into the guy from the elevator.
Morpheus reloads and Trinity reload.
(Cell phone rings)
Morpheus takes his flip cell phone out and answers.
Morpheus: Link.
Link: I found the location of the disc! It's on the thirty-first floor of the building but it's in a heavily guarded
room saved onto the computer hard drive. You should be able to find some blank discs in the room.
Morpheus: Got it.
Morpheus shuts the flip phone.

Cut to: Outside of Meta Cortex building
Neo continues to fight off the Agent Smiths and protect Drix as rain drops keep falling from the sky.
Neo dodges two blow by two out of the seven Agent Smiths surrounding him. After dodging the blows
Neo kicks one of the Smiths in the stomach and punches another two of them atleast three times.
As he continues to protect Drix, Drix loads a round into two of his pistols, gets up and then starts shooting
at all of the agents around Neo. Drix kills about three of them. After the dead Agent Smiths fall to the ground
an Smith in front of neo delivers a powerful blow to Neo's chest making him fly back into the Meta Cortex building
shattering glass and breaking off small pieces of the building. Two Agent Smiths quickly jump onto Drix and
start punching him.
Closeup on Neo.
Neo looks up at the Agent Smiths attacking Drix and then flys straight into them at full force causing
them to fly into another building close to the Meta Cortex. Afterwards Neo lands in front of Drix, As all
of the Agent Smiths are running towards him. Neo quickly turns around, Grabs Drix and then flys up
to the top of the Meta Cortex building and sets him down.

Cut to: Thirty-first floor of the Meta Cortex building/ Elevator
The doors to the elevator open up as a bunch of police officers stand up in shock. Trinity and
Morpheus walk out of the elevator and start shooting at the police officers. Within minutes half
of them are dead. The half that are left immdiately turn into Agents and start running towards
Trinity and Morpheus. They both shoot at the Agents, but they dodge every shot and continue to run
towards them.

Neo's cell phone rings, He takes it out and answers.
Neo: Hello.
Link: Neo, You better get to Morpheus and Trinity asap. They're on the thirty-first floor... Goodluck.
Neo flips the cell phone down and puts it away.
Neo: I haf to go help Morpheus and Trinity. You should be safe here for a while.

Morpheus runs up and trys to block the Agents off by fighting them.
Morpheus: Trinity! Go get the counter disc, I'll Hold them off!
Trinity: No! I can't!

Trinity runs to a door on the right side of the room and goes through.

Trinity quickly sits down to a computer and grabs a blank disc off of the disc. Afterwards she
puts it into the computer and starts typing quickly.

Cut to: Thirty-first floor/ Morpheus/Agent fight
Morpheus continues to fight the Agents but keeps getting clobbered after a couple minutes
of Morpheus and the Agents fighting One of the Agents knocks Morpheus to the ground and immediately
a bunch of the other Agents strat punching and kicking him.
The picture goes into slow-motion and turns around as neo busts through the window and
starts chucking the Agents that were on Morpheus at the walls.

Drix slowly starts to get up. As he looks towards a door leading to the roof atleast ten or twenty Agents
come out and start running towards him. Drix quickly whispers...
Drix: For Zero.
Drix runs into the Agents and starts fighting them.

Trinity is trying to upload the disc as fast as she can.
Trinity: Come on, come on!

The Slug-fest continues as Neo dodges a couple of blows. Morpheus is locked in a battle between an
Agent trying to get to the counter disc room. Morpheus grabs the Agents hand as the Agent trys to punch
him and then punches him twice in the chest and once in the mouth. After the Agent recovers he
kicks Morpheus in the stomach launching him back into a wall. Neo looks back just in time to see the Agent
run into the counter disc room. Neo flys into him and then throws him back.

Drix is fighting weakly against the Agents dodging a couple of blows and then being punched a bunch of times
After Drix gets a couple punches in an Agent throws him back to the edge of the building. Drix quickly grabs

Drix looks back at the Agents.

Trinity comes into the rooms as Neo and Morpheus try to clear a path for her to get to the elevator.

An Agent walks up to Drix and picks him up by the neck.
Agent: No purpose.
The Agent tosses drix off of the building as the picture goes into slow-motion and follows Drix.
As Drix falls he spots the counter disc and quickly grabs it just as the picture goes out of slow-motion.
Neo explodes out of the window grabbing Drix with Trinity and Morpheus already in hand. They
fly off into the sky.

Sparks, Ghost and Niobe are piloting the ship. Niobe pulls a lever down to turn the ship around.
Sparks: What are you doing!?!
Closeup on Niobe.
Niobe: I'm turning back. We have to help them.
Sparks: Are you crazy!?! We barely have enough power for ourselves to get to an unused broadcast
depth and go back to Zion let alone get them broadcast and go back ... and for something we don't
even know will work!?!
Niobe: We're not going to broad cast depth.
Sparks: What you'e disobeying a direct oreder from Lock!
Niobe: Yeah well he can shove it. Sometimes yah gotta do what yah gotta do.
Closeup on Sparks.
Sparks: Fine, but when the disc doesn't work and we still don't have any power I'm blaming it on
you!

Closeup on Neo's uploading chair.
Link unplugs Neo as every body else except for Drix is getting up out of their chairs.
Neo jumps up and goes towards Drix's uploading chair. At the same time so does Trinity and Morpheus.
Drix slowly starts to get up with the disc in his hand.
Trinity: Are you all right?
As soon as Trinity says that the lights go out and the ship's engine powers down. Link walks up to
Drix's chair.
Link: There goes the power.
Neo: Looks like we're walkin'
Closeup on Drix.
Drix: I don't think I'll be able to make it that far.
Morpheus: We have to try to make it.

Cut to: Tunnels of the real
The entire crew comes out of the Neb, including Drix. Link and Morpheus are walking in front with flashlights and E.M.P guns as Drix is leaning
on Trinity and Neo as they walk. After walking for about 25 seconds a Setinel quickly flys over head just barely missing them.
Closeup on Sentinel.
The Sentinel stops in the air and then turns back towards the crew and starts skimming the ground. The entire crew quickly
ducks down and hides behind tubes and large broken up pieces of metal. The Sentinel stops right above them and starts coming
down towards them.
Closeup on Morpheus behind a large piece of tubing.
Morpheus presses a button to start up the gun and then aims it at the Sentinel. Just as he's about to fire a barrage of red laser beams blast the
Sentinel out of the air. The picture turns to show the Logo's landing on the ground.
The entire crew runs up to the ship as a walkway comes out. The crew walks up it as Niobe comes out to greet them.
Niobe: Did you guys get it?
Morpheus nods his head.
(Loud clanging sound)
Morpheus turns back as Drix drops on the walkway and faints.
Niobe: What happened!?!
Trinity: He got shot when we were jacked in.
Morpheus lifts him up into his arms and brings him into the Logo's as everybody follows.

Lock is standing in discouragement watching everybody try to get the power back on. Once again Lock's Messenger comes up to
him.
Messenger: Sir, We've received word from the Logo's. They said that they're turning back.
Lock: What !?! I gave them a direct order to keep going to their broadcast depth!
Messenger: They picked up the crew from the Nebuchadnezzard.
Lock: Alert me as soon as they get here.

Drix is laying on a metal table unconciouss. Niobe is patching up his side where he got shot as Morpheus is looking at his stability/ Heart

Niobe: Well, He's stable for now. This is his second shot of Morpheine. We finally found the bullet about five minutes ago.

The Logo's lands on the landing pad as Lock comes out to them. The Walkway comes out as the crew comes out except for Drix.
Lock: What happened to Drix?
Niobe: He's in the ship's infirmary recovering.
Lock: What about the disc?
Neo hands it out to Lock. The entire crew follows Lock as he makes his way to Zion's Main computers.

Lock puts the disc into the computer.
Lock: This better work, It has to.
As soon as the disc goes in all of the lights come back on in Zion and the power starts working again. Lock types in some

Lock: The disc should be working in full power now... Commander!
A spike haired young looking man comes up to Lock.
Commander: Yes, Sir?
Lock: Take your ship and tow the Nebuchadnezzard back to Zion.

Agent Smith is standing in a room with dozens of bullet holes in the walls looking out the shattered window. After a couple of seconds
another Agent Smith comes to his side as well.

Smith looks mad.
Smith: Send half of the Sentinels left to Zion... We'll get rid of these pests at the source.

Drix slowly starts to open his eyes. After he looks around he slowly sits up. As he gets up he grabs his side in pain and looks down at it

Drix comes out of the Logo's through the walkway (Still holding his side). Drix looks around and see's that the power is restored, then
he walks foward as the crew is heading back to the ship.
Trinity: Looks like your feeling better.
Drix: I'll live.
Niobe: My ships fully recharged and we're heading to our broadcast depth, You're welcome to stay aboard my ship if
you like.
Drix: No, I think I'll just stay here and help out with the war. They'll need as many men as they can get.
Bane walks up behind Morpheus.
Bane/Agent smith: Drix, My crew told me to come and get you once they heard you were here. We need a mechanic to help fix our gun turrets
before we leave.
Drix: Alright.
Bane/Agent Smith walks off as Drix follows. Drix looks back.
Drix: Thanks for everything.
Closeup on Morpheus.
Morpheus nods his head.

Drix is tightening the bolts under the Gun turrets.
(Loud clanging sound)
Drix looks up.

Drix gets up and walks into the next room. One of the crew members is on the floor dead with a puddle of blood by his
head. Bane/Smith is standing next to his body. He quickly turns around to see Drix. Drix edges back in terror and then starts to run off towards
the exit door in the ship. When drix is almost to the door Bane/Smith grabs him from behind and throws him into the wall. Drix quickly
recovers and punches Bane/Smith in the mouth. He tries to do it again but Bane/Smith grabs his fist and then punches him in the side where
he got shot.
(Drix yells in pain)
Bane/ Smith punches Drix two times in the mouth. Bane/Smith trys to throw a third but Drix just barely dodges it and then hits Bane/Smith in
the stomach. Bane/Smith falls back towards the wall. He then grabs a wrench off of a table nearby and hides it behind his back. Drix
comes back up to Bane/Smith to hit him again but Bane/Smith hits him in the head with the wrench knocking him to the ground.
Closeup on Drix on ground as blood comes out of his nose and the cut on the side of his head.
Drix is holding the side of his head in pain.
Closeup on Bane/Smith smiling as he spits blood out of his mouth and onto the floor.
Bane/Smith leans down to Drix and then starts choking him. Drix is struggles to loosen Bane/Smiths grip. After about eight seconds
Drix stops struggling and falls down to the floor dead as Bane/ Smith walks away.
Closeup on Drix.
The picture slowly fades out and then goes black as a flash of green goes across the screen leaving behind the words...
TO BE CONTINUED
Afterwards the end credits start.
