I just saw the movie tonight, and I know it is stupid, but I didn't catch what happened after Elizabeth and Jack kissed. Who chained him to the mass? And what did he say to her, because I heard his, "[I'm a] Pirate." in there, so please someone explain this to me.

Liz chained him to the mast and said that the kraken was after him not them and she wasnt sorry and all he said was pirate and i dont remember anything else really

Thats exactly what happened. However, to clear one thing up. Jack did just say "Pirate". Here he was calling Elizabeth a pirate for her trickery in chaining him up. They even showed her chaining him up during the kiss.
