This is a series of books in post-Roman Britain. By Jack Whyte. Interesting take on the whole period in Britain, and the origins of the Arthurian legends. They are well written, but they have these sex scenes kinda tossed in, for no real reason (except perhaps to sell books)

Anyway, just wondering...

Yes, this movie seems a lot like those books.

There's several in the series. Almost any bookstore or online bookstore has them.
