Ejiofor talks 'Serenity'

SUBMITTED BY Typhon24

March 6, 2005

From ComingSoon.net, who spoke with actor Chiwetel Ejiofor about his role as the villain in Joss Whedon's 'Serenity':

"I think that one of the great things about the profession is that you're able to tap into very different parts of yourself, and it's always exciting to do that. Villains are always pretty interesting to play. What he's trying to achieve in 'Serenity' is, in his belief, perfectly valid and can be argued for, so it's not an out-and-out villain in a sense. It's more someone who does bad things, but for what he perceives to be very good reasons.'
