June 3, 2004 — Revolution Studios announced today that the black comedy, Little Black Book, will be released on August 6th, 2004 instead of its original release date of October 15th, 2004. The film is directed by Nick Hurran and stars Brittany Murphy, Kathy Bates, Holly Hunter and Ron Livingston with a script by Melissa Carter and Elisa Bell ("Vegas Vacation").

"The overwhelmingly positive response to recent test screenings knocked us all out and convinced us that the summer is the best place for 'Little Black Book' to be released," said Revolution Studios partner Tom Sherak. "This film features great performances by a magnificent cast. By bringing it to the broadest possible audience, it should have a long and successful run."
