Umm...let's put it this way...it was BY FAR the "prettiest" movie we will see this year I think, as the special effects throughout the movie were AMAZING and as usual with a Kurt Wimmer movie, the fighting was MIND-BLOWING...but the story, though innovative and inventive, doesn't really hit ya the way I think the studio wanted it to. Milla does what she can with what the script gave her...but something tells me that this movie, unlike Equilibrium, wasn't meant to make you think to much of the possibility of this future too much, and make you go..."OMG...that was TOTALLY AWESOME...did you see that???" instead. It succeeds in doing that at least, and I'm not trying to diss the movie, as I'd go see it again cuz it IS a good time at the movies, and like I said, the action, FX and story idea are pretty nifty in and of itself, but I just figured I'd let you kids know what to expect when ya sit down. well i can tell by lookin at this movie it wont top the matrix (or any other sci-movie probably),, but hell i rather watch UV rather than Aeon Flux, by wathin the previews of it, it didnt match the character. im gonna see this movie with my mom today to kill sometime from bordem

Stop! Dont do it! Best thing I can say about this movie: Its better than Aeon Flux.

yea i knew it woundt be that great of a movie by wathin the trailer but thats the thing with trailers, they hype it up too much. if this movie was based off a comic book then i can understand all the action but its just somethin i dont understand. i wanted to see it cuase it looks like those kinda movies you wanna see to prevent you from being bored.. then again Mila looked pretty damn sexy in that movie..

and how dare mila say in an interview that this movie had similarities to resident evil.

Oh but she was right about that. She shouldn't have been cast in either role. Look, shes a very pretty lady and all that, but she can't act. At least, I haven't seen any evidence of acting ability. She certainly has NO ability to pull off the badass. Look at this movie for instance, when she tried it was just laughable. That whole "You're all going to die." bit was just hiliarious. If she walked into ONE more room full of guys she was going to kill, I was going to hang myself.
