My fave scene was the point of no return. I almost cried during that. It was really cool how they feel through that hole. And how Raoul was crying.

What is your favorite scene?

Well, my favorite part was inbetween the beginning and the end of the movie, but my most favorite part was probably either during the ballet after Carlotta screwed up, and the Phantom is chasing the dude, or there is this one part before the Don Juan scene where the Phantom climbs down, checks the ropes, and gets some chains. I just like seeing Gerry move.

I think the 'Point of No Return' was pretty effective. Christine realizing sha actually had some power, and didn't have to be a pawn, but could help Raoul.

The death of Buquet and that sequence was pretty tense, too.

I love the Masquerade scene, all of their costumes are amazing!! Also I thought it was interesting that in the middle of the scene they had this guy i guess u say doing the quick version of da robot! I thought that was funny.

Don Juan was one hell of a sexy scene, when they meet at the top of that bridge, wow!

The Point of No Return was very powerful especially when the Phantom and Raoul were singing at the same time, both shirts open....wow!!

Those are my fav. scenes. Very good movie!! I'll keep on seeing it!!

I liked the rooftop scene, especially with the snow. As Chrstine and Raoul sang their passionate duet, you could just see the pain that the Phantom was feeling... so powerful. And that song is my favorite one from the musical.

"Say you'll share with me one love, one lifetime
Let me lead you from your solitude.
Say you want me with you, here beside you,
anywhere you go, let me go too,
that's all I ask of you...."

There are times when I feel guilty...the question is, do I feel guilty enough to change?

"All I say of You" has always been my fave, both on stage and now in the movie. Followed by "Phantom of the Opera" and a very close third is "Masquerade".

My favorite scene/song was Music of the Night. Gerard Butler singing *smiles*. At least he didn't die in this movie, in the book The Phantom dies...and Gerard Butler always dies in his movies. NOT NICE!

The "All I ask of you" scene made me cry a bit when the Phantom found the rose on the floor
"You will curse the day you did not do all that the Phantom asked of you!!"

Yeah that scene on the roof and the Phantom's reaction... "He was bound to love you when he heard you sing!" So heartbreaking. And scary, when he crushes the rose and sings "You will curse the day" etc.

My other favorite scene is that final trio with Phantom singing "Point of No Return", Christine singing "Angel of Music" and Raoul singing "All I Ask of You" all at the same time... and the kiss!

Totally delayed reply here, but now that you mention it that is a cool scene. Is that how he 'rigs' the chandelier and stuff? And he looks so angry and determined, I wonder if that's right after the swordfight he lost?

i found that very funny about the whole chandelir thing...that is that there was only 1 rope holding it up...well thats all that needed to be cut for it to fall down

Yeah, you'd think there'd be chains and counterweights or something. Well, I just figured he rigged it unsafely so it would fall when he cut that one rope. That wouldn't be too difficult for a genius to do, right?

I would have to say the scene Down once More/Track Down this Murder was the best scene. It was when they truley showed their emotions. The singing was awesome, and when all three sang at once...it was so cool to see the chaos between the love triangle. The filming and shots of all three of them (Christine, Erik, and Raoul) were beautiful and wonderful shot. And at the part where Christine (Rossum) sang "God give me to courage to show you, you are not alone." And then well those who have seen it know what I mean. It made you feel so bad for Erik, (the Phantom) cause he knew what had to be done. And it was so emotional between the two at that scene.
