Latifah, Fallon, and a bevy of criminal beauties teaming up for a cop comedy seems to have all the right ingredients, but none of it ever really comes together. Laughs are far more sparse than they should be and even when they are there, no originality comes with them. There are a few pluses, however, one of which is the disrobing supermodel Gisele B|ndchen.
