The Passion of the Christ “a very moving movie” — hulk33 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... this movie is great. it is very graphic and not meant for young children if you can't handle blood then this movie is not for you. the subtitles wer very easy to follow and to read and flowed fluently. [SPOILER] it is amazing how he made it to the cross considering that the cat of nine tails ripped him to shreds. not just on the back but on the front as well. when you see the whip stick to his side and they tug it out and a chunk of his body is pulled away with it is very disturbing. seeing the nails go through his hands go through his hands and feet was really violent and gorey same when they peirced him in the side with the spear and a shower of blood is sprayed upon mary and peter and the guards.
