Many of them vote out of anger, base on how far from the source material is
IMO, The Dark knight is 9/10, a movie like Ironman is 8/10, a movie like the Watchmen is 7/10, Spiderman 3 is 6/10, etc
DB to me is 4/10- and i put the phanton menace in this position too, dont hate me for that

LOL! I guess the real question is how many of those people actually saw the movie because I doubt 7% of its audience thought it deserved 10 out of 10.
I don't know. If they got a lot of kids then you could get high ratings. Hell, my kids love Phantom Mennace and think Jar Jar is great. Again, it depends on who you ask.
