I saw Alexander 4 times in the theaters. The Director's Cut and theatrical DVDs will be classics worth collecting. It is a great movie about a very great and very young ruler of the known world. The emotional tone made it even better and a truly great dramatic-action-adventure film. The realities, the strengths and the weaknesses of Alexander's character and that of his family, and that of the Greeks make it a much more believable story that is true and accurate for the most part. You could learn to overcome and to conquer because of Alexander.
The way you talk (write) about this movie... WOW! You must really like it... I really felt it too! It's sooo powerful and intense-feeling-provoking . Some of the lines still give me goosebumps! I can't wait to own the DVD so I can watch it again and then replay some of my favorite scenes.
