first go find the avatar that you want next to your name, then right click on it, a bunch of options will come up, pick "properties". Then where it says adress(URL) highlight that, right click again and more options come up. Pick "Copy"
Then go to your control panel on the left side of the page at countingdown.com , click on "edit settings" click your cursor in the box that says " Thumnail photo" right click again, then select paste, scroll down and press update. Some photos won't work.
