FUTURE CINEMA and PARAMOUNT PICTURES UK, presents WATCHMEN, The Live Event.

FUTURE CINEMA, in association with Nokia and Smirnoff Original Nights, took over London Bridge on March 5th for this epic and immersive event celebrating the world of Watchmen. Audiences arrived to downtown New York amidst a full scale riot against Masked Vigilantes. Dr Manhattan strode down the street, parting crowds, closely followed by The Comedian driving a tank. Inside, Walter Kovacs was holed up in the Sing Sing Prison; Ozymandias was seen in Studio 54; John Osterman was trapped in his Lab; a seedy underworld filled a strip club; and the Gunga Diner was in full swing. Entertainment was provided by the Brick Lane Boogie Boys & Gallows.

The event also played host to very special guest, Dave Gibbons, illustrator of the Watchmen Graphic Novel. Gibbons said;
"What's happened here tonight is absolutely incredible. This is like walking into some amazing, fragmented restructuring of the whole movie that I've been seeing. It's fantastic. It adds so much to the experience".
