Jonah Lotan has joined the cast of Fox's real-time drama series "24" in a recurring role. Lotan will portray Spenser, a new agent in the Counter Terrorist Unit. The Israeli-born actor, who just relocated from London to Los Angeles, also has appeared in the feature films "Festival" and "The Jacket." He is repped by the Gersh Agency and John Grant in London.
