Jackie Chan doesn't like Tuxedo (again) at the Junket...

SUBMITTED BY katystarlet

September 27, 2002 — At a Junket for The Tuxedo Jackie Chan spoke to the room full of press. Usually the function of such junkets it to PROMOTE the film. "All this year I've been looking for something new, different," he says. "Even if you like [The Tuxedo], I'm tired of myself. I'm tired of Rush Hour 1, 2, 3. I already know I'm doing Shanghai Dawn. Rush Hour 3 in 2004. I'm doing Around the World in 80 Days. I always tell my manager, Please tell the studio -- give me something like Spy Game. Kramer Vs. Kramer. Some drama. No special effects. Now we have The Tuxedo. OK, I'll try it. Because if you never try, you never know. Another Rush Hour. No, I don't like that movie. Jackie, please try. I do American movies -- success. But I don't like it. Rush Hour 2? I hate it. [I want to do] Gladiator. Pure drama. That's what I'm looking for right now."

Well, at least he's honest...

Read the full junket report at Fantastica Daily. Jackie is not the ONLY one pissed.
