Thankfully, I just checked and there aren't any pirated The Tuxedo movies on eBay ( either the US or Australia eBay sites ) right now as of
7:30 am CT 11/12/02.
But there have been.

If you do see any pirated The Tuxedo movies on any auction site or in any stores, and want to help end the selling of this movie before its official release,
here's how :

Please contact distributor, Dreamworks at :

Dreamworks :
dwiwebmaster@ea.com

And also contact :

The Motion Picture Association of America :
hotline@mpaa.org

Please give the distributor and the MPAA the URL of the pirated item and the auction site's e-mail address - in this case, it was

eBay :
SafeHarbor@eBay.com

or the contact info of any store you see selling pirated items when you contact the distributor and the MPAA.

The distributor and the MPAA are the ONLY companies who can end an auction on an auction site and take action to stop the movie from being sold anywhere. NO ONE else can. Auction sites consider it "hearsay" from anyone else and won't pull an auction just because someone tells them it's a pirated item. The auction site needs to be notified by the distributor and/or the MPAA - and the only way they know to stop a pirated movie, is for us to tell them.

With eBay, the distibutor must belong to their Verified Rights Owner's Program in order for the pirated item to be ended.

Thank You to ALL who help end piracy !
