October 4, 2005 — Investors are saying that DreamWorks Animation should do quite well in the near future thanks to their new Wallace & Gromit release. They also are predicting that the movie will do much better over seas then here in the States.
Banc of America Securities reiterated a "buy" rating and $29 target price on DreamWorks Animation (nyse: DWA - news - people ), saying the distributor's new Wallace & Gromit film will likely gross $65 million domestically.
The research firm estimates Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit will gross between $14 million and $16 million over its opening weekend, and ultimately gross $65 million domestically and $110 million internationally...
