War of the Worlds “Big Dissappointment!” — griffolyon12 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... Nothing Entered Yet! Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... I was highly anticipating this movie,I thought it would be a great movie but I was wrong.The strongest point of this film was the action and special effects which were excellent.This movie is worth watching at least once for the action and special effects. One of its only other strong points is that the actors delivered good performances. But to start off with all that isn't good.The story was O.K. but it was a little dull and wasn't very exciting.It felt like they tried finishing it off so it would last 2 hours.And the pacing off it made it feel as if it lasted 3 hours.And the ending was one of the most anti-climactic endings I've ever seen! In the end I was hugely dissapointed.It was okay but after th fist time there isn't any reason to watch it over again. DVD Review: N/A Thoughts on the DVD release of this movie...
