RE: things magically working after an EMP pulse.

I asked my ex about it. . He's an electronics engineer, and explained to me that an EMP will destroy silica circuits.

Thus, if a vehicle had any Si circuitry, or the camcorder, whatever, an EMP would have wiped that stuff out.

Any thoughts?

The camcorder either wasnt working, was somehow EMP protected (i know but it haseto be said anyway) or was, like most think, just a plot hole.

i think everyone whos seen that film has picked that one.

but theres always the od chance it wasnt effected
