I might have mentioned it before but I think the idea deserves another mention.
One of the ideas that I heard was being kicked around for the TRON sequel was that of Jeff Bridges character being a Kurtx-like figure that has taken up permanent residence inside the computer world. A younger programmer would be sent in to get him out or kill him if he refuses to leave.
This is the most awesome idea that I've heard yet. If anything it would make a great piecee of fan fiction.
