The Chronicles of Riddick “NOOOOOOO....!” — blitzkreg [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... Saw Riddick last week...wasn't a big fan of the original, but the sequel looked promising...I was very disappointed that this was a movie that was made for a 100 plus million and what we get is a convoluted mess of a picture. I love Vin as Riddick, but the movie doesn't amount to anything but a few impressive visuals. I never felt a connection between Riddick and Jack/kayra. Her death was not felt. The best scene of the entire movie was the last several seconds when Riddick is sitting on the throne and the camera pulls back with a bewildered Riddick. I really wanted this to be good so we could get a sequel. I could've written a better screenplay. Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... The story is a miss. The direction is alright, The fight scenes are rushed and you nearly get cross eyed just by viewing them. DVD Review: N/A Thoughts on the DVD release of this movie... Nothing Entered Yet!
