MGM Confirms: Steve Martin IS Inspector Clouseau

November 14, 2003 — Moviehole reports that Steve Martin has officially been announced as the new Inspector Clouseau in The Birth of the Pink Panther. MGM vice chairman Chris McGurk delivered the news while at a party for media and industry types.

Peter Sellers was the original Pink Panther.
