Every single one, but if I had to choose I liked FF8's story the best! FF3 was really wicked too, so many characters to control. FFX2 I hated because it felt like some sort of charlies angel rip off, and FFX was pretty wicked and creative, blitzball was really cool! However, I love the stories, and really wish they were movies. I think FF7 is the best. It's one of the grandest epic stories I've ever seen. Talking in movie terms, though, I think FF8 would be the best one to make into a movie. It would be the easiest to adapt and in some ways is the most cinematic. I enjoy all the stories, though (that I've seen). But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the music...even to the games I've never even seen. Not to mention the soundtrack. I also loved 7 great story better dialogue amazing soundtrack but also really sad. As for Advent Children I think it may already be out in Japan but I could be wrong I haven't looked in a while they may have pushed back the release date.
