It is true that the set for "the Cat In The Hat" is being constructed right outside of Simi Valley California. It's an odd thing to see while driving along the freeway. One day its an empty hillside, today a small city or what it appears to be has be constructed. Bright green grass and odd looking buildings. I think this movie is gonna rock. If you want to see the set, while going on the 118 west just past the last exit in simi right before the first exit in Moorpark look out to the hills on the left side. AH!
