From the IGN FilmForce interview with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-creator Kevin Eastman:

While Heavy Metal may occupy most of Kevin's slate these days, he's still deeply involved in all matters Turtle related. "Yeah, that's definitely going ahead," he confirms when I prompt him about the rumored CGI TMNT project with John Woo. This is good to hear, since all of the postings to date have only included quotes from Eastman's TMNT other half, Peter Laird. "It's an interesting thing," clarifies Eastman. "Peter is pointing this particular project more than I am because of the variety of projects I have going on. I still participate in Mirage and have an ownership position in Mirage and the Turtles are and always will be sort of a shared, mine and his, if you will.
