Ok. I've been hesitant to see this film, but now that I've seen that someone on the face of this PLANET has said THAT, I think I'll be going to see it the first chance I get. I was a kid when I saw the original live-action movie in theaters, and have since only come to appreciate it more.

This movie had better ROCK, or else I'm coming back here and giving you a THOROUGH verbal slamming, because I seriously don't see how the original could be beaten.

The new TMNT film is good as the original 3 live-action films. All 4 are awesome.

I decided to give this film a try since I have nieces and nephews that don't get out much....With that said....

I am sticking with my earlier assessment that the originals will never be beat. This wasn't a bomb by any means, however many of the CGI characters looked stupid. Mainly the humans. It was relatively fun, but again I think they should have gone with another live action flick.

On another note, I am also sticking by something else I said. This will NEVER (and I mean NEVER) make more than Transformers, Shrek, Harry Potter, or any other of the highly anticipated films this year. When it comes to the well known titles of 2007, no matter how fun this was, it will be at the bottom of the pile. The audience just isn't there and too many better films are hitting the theaters.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone from seeing it, but unfortunately, it wasn't the right time to release it in my opinion.

I think this movie was phenomenal.

True, the first TMNT movie was great, but they were all shite after that.

I also love that they went the CGI route with this movie because they were able to show the Turtles as they should be, flipping and hustling along the rooftops doing acrobatic moves never before conceived. They were just able to do things that they can't get away with in a live-action flick.

I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great animation, good story, and great characterization.

This was done by fans of the Turtles.

I havent seen it yet and I know exactly what your talking about. From what I saw from the trailer it looked really childish and I dont mind CGI but I didnt like the way they look. The back grounds look good just the characters and I bet Crang isnt in it when he should be by now, hes the best boss of all time.
Ill probably watch it when theres nothing else on sky just to see how **** it is. Im sure if the original cartoon made a movie that would have been better than any of the live action films and this its just a shame they didnt, although I do love the first film still.!!

The new film is based on the 2003 animated series/Fast Forward and the comic book like the first film was. I got all of the original animated series and the all 3 original live-action films on DVD so far. To be honest, the 2003 animated series/Fast Forward series is less cheesy than the original one. However, I still love the original one the best though. April O'Neil, Casey Jones, The Punk Frogs, Shredder, Krang, Bebop, Rocksteady, Dr. Baxter Stockman, Leatherhead, Metalhead, and The Rat King were all cool characters and I remember all of them as well.
