20th Century Fox has hired screenwriter Sam Harper to write a sequel to the 2003 hit comedy remake, Cheaper by the Dozen, which starred Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, Hilary Duff, Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott, Piper Perabo, Tom Welling, Ashton Kutcher, Brent Kinsman, Shane Kinsman and Alyson Stoner. While no cast deals have been made yet, Harper is planning on delivering a second script by mid-summer to Fox, says Variety.
