"Red Dragon" lived up to my every expectation. Very much like Manhunter, but given a new edge without the 80's music. Both are great in their own right, but it was fantastic to see Lecter up on the big screen again, and Ralph was terrific as Francis. He didn't seem as insane maybe as Noonan did in manhunter, he seemed more calm, and to me that's creepier. Calmness=INSANE I can't wait to get out and see it again, so I can have a better response to it, I guess I just still can't believe I actually saw it last night, I'm still in shock. I hope everyone else enjoyed it and wasnt dissappointed!

I couldn't believe that I was actually sitting there watching it either. After months of following the news and waiting for it, there it was on the screen, with the music, etc. It was greatness!

Now, I guess it's time to wait for the DVD.

Saw the 7:15 showing last night at Famous Players Silvercity. Honestly, it lived up to my every expectation. I'm going to have to rent Silence again and even Hannibal. And of course, Manhunter even though i havent seen it yet ::gasp:: I didnt want to see manhunter first because i didnt want to compare the two and take away from what this movie actually was, a masterpiece.. bring on the oscars!!!
