The stars of the original 70's series "Starsky and Hutch" are planning their 'own' big-screen take on the series. Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller aren't invited.
Soul talked to Arsenal magazine, via The Hollywood News, and said he has a plan to make a movie around David Starsky and Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson on the streets of London. "We have written a treatment. Starsky is in New York and Hutch is here in London. Then we meet up and get together, it will be interesting," he said.
Not surprisingly, says Soul, he's still looking for backing for the project. Might be looking for a while too, I hear all the crud-financing is tied up with Lou Ferrigno's "The Incredible Hulk Returns...Again".
Oh well...
