What's it about? Mismatched pals Chon Wang (Chan) and Roy O'Bannon (Wilson) are together again with their minds set on revenge. When Chon's estranged father is murdered at the hands of a Chinese rebel who escapes to London, they follow him in hot pursuit -- uncovering a worldwide conspiracy to overthrow the Chinese and British empires along the way! Chon's little sister Lin (FANN WONG) has the same idea, and mayhem and hilarity ensue as Chon tries to avenge his family name, keep Roy from making the moves on his sister, and keep all of them out of trouble!
