Mortal Kombat: Devastation “Revive the franchise!” — Cortez [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... I don't know what a certain movie fan was talking about when he said that the second Mortal Kombat movie was great. It was HORRIBLE and it killed what could have been a great franchise. With one of the biggest MK games coming out soon, a big budget MK movie has to be made, and I would love if Linden Ashby, Robin Shou and the gang would come back to reprise their roles. Chris Lamert was the best Raiden, but we need someone who's young enough to kick ass. If this movie does make it to production, I would hate a half-hearted direct-to-dvd movie.
