SHERIFF ORTIZ: David Ortiz has been added to the cast of ''The Crow: Wicked Prayer'' for director Lance Mungia. He'll play Tanner, a small-town sheriff out to avenge the death of his sister who holds the Crow ( Edward Furlong) responsible.
