September 16, 2002 — Cameron Diaz rules the waves in her latest movie - the new Charlie's Angels film. The movie is still in production but Cameron has been seen on the set in Malibu making a splash. Diaz, who is filming with co-stars Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore has been spotted taking a surfboard out for a spin in the Pacific surf. Bikini Looking svelt, the former model, who turned 30 last month, ran down the beach in a white bikini with a board under her arm. She edged slowly into the swell where she received instruction and encouragement from a surfer. The former model may well have been getting in some practice for a sea-quence in the movie which sees all three angels back in action. #13m deal Even if her skills won't see her join the pro circuit anytime soon, Cameron must be on the crest of a wave after netting a #13m deal for the film, placing her amongst Hollywood's top earning female stars. Jaclyn Smith, one of the Angels from the original 70's TV show on which the film is based and British funny man John Cleese, also star in the film which is due for release next year.
