CHARLIES Angels stunners Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore shot steamy scenes for their new movie yesterday  at a car wash.

Passing fellas were left foaming at the mouth as the scantily-clad trio rubbed down a sleek black Porsche.

And traffic ground to a halt around the Hollywood car wash as drivers stopped to cheer the girls, who happily waved back.
