September 4, 2002 — According to Variety, Reese Witherspoon will recieve $15 million to reprise her role as Elle Woods in the sequel to last year's sleeper hit. The sequel Legally Blonde 2: Red, White, and Blonde is aiming for a November start and a 2003 release.
