I dont know if anyone who saw the I Am Legend saw the billboard. But when Will Smith is walking in Times Square there is a billboard that shows BVS coming out on 6-25-10.

Because Warner Bros decided to use the release of I Am Legend to showcase the new Dark Knight Trailer. So hmmmm sounds fishy I say.
It was an inside joke, just an easter egg among many others.

I remember a lot of murmuring going on in the theater when that symbol showed up. It was quite in your face. Even my friend next to me asked me "whoa, are they really gonna make that?!"
I think that was the only exciting moment for people on that flick, a fake movie ad.
