Everyone is forgetting something about Batman in this. He is extremely smart and clever. On top of that, it isn't a maybe that he is carrying kryptonite, because in the comics it has already been confirmed that he ALWAYS carries kryptonite. To quote Batman "Just in case." He keeps up with every weekness of everybody, including his teammates just in case something may happen to make them turn. Superman would go down fast. Add to that the fact that Superman has a lot more morality than Batman, and you can see why Superman would not win. Batman is dark, and willing to do what is necessary.

Superman without a doubt. Batman may be smart, but his only strength against Superman is green kryptonite. Without it, Batman is screwed big time. That the only way he can beat the snot out of Superman. That why Superman win. He can do more than one thing to take down Batman, who is just a plain human.

Superman knows Batman keeps kryptonite. He'd just drop a building or two on him from 100 feet up.

I get what you guys are saying about Batman's resourcefulness. But even with that the odds are totaly against him. If he didn't expose him to the kryptonite just enough in just the right way, one good swat, and Batman is hamburger

Or Supes can destroy Batman with a simple blast from his heat ray vision. Just like what one of the Sentinel did to Wolverine in X-Men "Days of Future Past".
