It'd be better if instead of Batman saying, "I'm Batman" when Superman asks him who he is, after Superman says "Who are you?" Batman should just fling himself at the camera and a VS. sign appears then the release date comes up.

that would make an awesome teaser, or how about this, there are two trailers one batman one and another superman one
Batman trailer:
It is a dark night in Gotham. Then a sound is heard, a copy of the daily planet has somehow got in to gotham. then a zoomed at the ground, someone picks it up, It is batman, and he looks angry, he throws the paper on the ground and he glides away. Then you see the newspaper headline "Superman Saves Day", then you see the batman logo then Vs. then the superman logo.
Superman Trailer:
It Is a sunny day in Metropolis, the workers at the Daily Planet are making the paper when all of a sudden a shatter is heard. Clark Kent looks at the shattered glass on the ground from the window and sees a metal symbol that looks like a bat. Clark's head rises and his eyes rise also. He looks out the window and then the camera looks back at him, Clark is gone. Then you see out of the window a figure flying straight ahead and out of metroplis. then you see the Superman logo then you see the Vs. then you see the Batman logo.

I know you are saying, wow, these are horrible ideas, and I agree, I was thinking the info as I was writing it, so yea it is a horrible thing.

Why Doesn't Batman Dance anymore?

I have a couple of Batman vs. Superman movie trailers in mind that I've made up:

It's night time and the camera shows Superman on top of a roof in Gotham City. He's standing there alone, and he's talking to someone in the shadows. Superman is trying to negotiate with him, saying things like, "Calm down, you're over re-acting, you don't want to do this, ect..." then suddenly Batman flys out of the shadows toward the screen then everything goes black. Then a Batman VS. Superman symbol comes up.

My other movie trailer in mind is this one:
Batman is on top of the police department, and the Bat-Signal is on. Commisioner Gordon is there, and he asks Batman "Are you sure that you want me to leave?" and Batman screams "GO!" (demanding Gordon to leave). When Gordon closes the door, it shows batman standing by the Bat-Signal and suddenly Superman flies like a bullet into Batman and you can see in the distance Batman and Superman are fighting in the air. Then it shgows the Batman VS. Superman sign.

Which one did ya'll like better?

That's right, bitch. I'm the Joker.

One image they would have to show in the trailer is Batman standing on a really high cathedral so that you see all the lights of Gotham in the backround and it would be even better if it was a really gothic cathedral with gargoyles and all this dark religious imagery and he is standing face to face with Superman while Superman is on the same level but floating.

I like the idea of two very seperate trailers. One focusing on Superman, all bright and cheery and ending with him running into Batman. The second would be Batman, all dark of moody and end with Superman appearing.

How about this - split screen. Two men in suits walking, one through a cave of ice (er crystal) , and the other a cave of stone and darkness. They both stop. You see clips of them as they strap their boots, buckle their belts, and then their logos come down over their chests. Then you see both of their eyes, one the blue eyes of superman, the other the dark eyes within the mask of batman. They pause , then turn, capes spinning toward opposite sides of the screen. Then black...then the title Batman Vs. Superman. Kinda confusing but if you take a sec to imagine it, may seem better

oh I like this one the best...but rather than split screen (which dont get me wrong ...i see how it works)...it could be flash cuts and desolves to the alternative senario's, and switch to split screen at around the reveal of the logos on the chests......how about focusing on other matherial for further teasers....ya know, giving more plot details....like Lexcorp athempting a hostel takeover of Wayne enterprises.....a budding romance/ flurtations between Lois and Bruce....a "Bat" villan(whoever they wish to use) and Luther seen in frame together.......finally one image seems to stick firmly in my mind when I think Batman Vs. Superman.....the image of hard rain pelting down on a night shrouded, torn up Gothem street ( presumably down so by superman) and superman hovering several feet in the air phanting with rage and grimmising downward at....the Batmobile which is revving up, inside sits Batman....with a calm yet determined look on his face, he lets his foot off the break, the tire schreaches on the pavement and the viecial charges forward and ramps upward...Superman screams and draws back his fist as he too swoops down to face the oncoming viecial, the teaser ends when the two are just are about to collide then the image is replaced with the Batmman/Superman Logo (from the comic book.....as a template, but use the movie logos in the same fassion...you know the S symbol in the centre of the Bat logo) and a tag line appears...."The Worlds Finest" followed a moment later with the addition of ". . .Enemies", to complete the tagline "The Worlds Finest. . .Enemies"...then we get a bref flash of Luther and the Bat Villan cackling...followed by the release date

my cats breath smells like catfood-are those my feet-sleep those little slices of death how i loath thee-too many broken hearts in the world thats to many things to be broken in two, too many broken hearts in the world so iiiiiiiiiiii wont give up the fight for you-shwing shwing

My ideal Batman/Superman trailer has already been laid out quite well. It's the first couple of pages of the first issue of the Superman/Batman comic book by Jeph Loeb and Ed McGuinness.

It's told split screen (or in this case, split page) as well, with both of them providing a personal history from their own point of view.

Superman's story is a bright and sunny tale of being so loved by his birth parents that they were willing to send him away to live with another loving family on another world. He enjoyed an idilic childhood raised on a farm by his adoptive parents who raised him to believe in truth, justice and the American way. He has been blessed with the ability to fight off the forces of darkness where ever they may appear. He can't imagine his life being any happier, and he wouldn't change a thing.

Batman's story is a dark tale where his childhood ends almost as soon as it began. His youth is consumed by guilt and a desire for vengance. He is doomed to walk the Earth all his days in a war against crime that he can never win. He wouldn't wish this life on his worst enemy.

Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
