What's it about? Single and indecisive, Eddie (Ben Stiller) feels lonely after attending yet another one of his friend's weddings. Being teased by his friends and family about being the only remaining bachelor, Eddie decides to take the plunge. In only a week of dating, with significant pressure from his father and best friend (Rob Corddry), Eddie proposes to Lila (Malin Akerman), fearing it may be his last chance for love and marriage. After the hastily prepared Hawaiian themed wedding, the newlyweds embark on a three week honeymoon to Cabo, Mexico. It is then that Eddie realizes what a horrible mistake he has made. Lila turns out not to be the girl of his dreams, but a girl from his nightmares. As soon as the honeymoon road trip starts, she begins to drive Eddie crazy with her outlandish and sometimes outright abusive antics. Luckily for him, on his honeymoon, he meets his true soul mate, Miranda (Michelle Monaghan). Now he must keep his monster of a wife at bay, while he courts his true love.
