Dr. Isaacs, the man at the end of Apocalypse, is an associate of William Birkin, and aids him in the construction of the G-virus. After Birkin injects himself with the mutogenic toxin, he kills Isaacs and destroys the machinery controlling Alice, who is causing havoc under Umbrella's control. With her own mind back to normal, it is Alice's job, along with the aid of the previous heros and more, to destroy Birkin's monstrous form and ultimately bring down the Umbrella Corporation.
